She has overseen multi-campus operations serving more than 33,000 students, launched programs across healthcare, business, technology, and trades, and led turnarounds that have increased revenue, improved retention and performance outcomes.

Throughout her career, Sandra has built a strong track record of developing leaders at every level of an organization, coaching executives, managers, and emerging talent to achieve higher performance and long-term success. She has also partnered with entrepreneurial ventures and start-ups, helping founders establish scalable systems, build strong teams, and align strategy with growth opportunities.

Rohit Kumar is an accomplished IT consultant, project manager, and software engineering leader with years of experience in software product development and management,. As a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, he specializes in applying agile methodologies across all phases of the development lifecycle to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Rohit has successfully led multiple product launches and enterprise technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, development execution, and measurable outcomes. His expertise spans IT consulting, project management, enterprise content management, web development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions.

At S & P Leadership Academy, Rohit integrates his technology and project management strengths into the Academy’s mission of developing future-ready leaders.
